Dairy - Line Operator
About this role
Viju Industry Nigeria Limited is seeking a Dairy Line Operator for its Ogun operations. The role involves monitoring and controlling a fully automated dairy production line via SCADA/DCS, ensuring product recipes and process parameters are followed for consistent quality. What you would do
- Monitor and control the fully automated dairy production line via SCADA/DCS.
- Strictly execute product recipes and process parameters to ensure batch quality.
- Identify system alarms and perform emergency adjustments; coordinate with on-site staff to resolve issues.
- Operate the automated CIP system to clean tanks and pipelines while upholding hygiene standards.
- Follow shift handover protocols and log production data accurately.
- Support fermentation or processing batch transitions during shift handovers.

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Food Science, Bioengineering, Automation or related fields (preferred).
- Proficient computer skills; familiarity with DCS/SCADA or industrial automation software.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in fermentation, pre-treatment or batching/blending in large-scale food brands.
- Experience in the dairy or beverage industry is highly preferred.
- Deep understanding of dairy or brewing processing technologies is advantageous.
- Hands-on experience or understanding of central control operations on fully automated production lines.
- Age typically 25 to 30 years.
