What you would do

• Prepare and check import/export documents, including shipping papers, customs declarations and permits
• Coordinate clearance activities with customs agents, officials and other stakeholders
• Track shipments and resolve documentation and clearance issues
• Communicate shipment status to relevant teams
• Coordinate port-to-warehouse movement with logistics and warehouse teams
• Maintain accurate shipment, clearance and compliance records
