Full-time Customer Support Officer role based in Ikoyi, Lagos, supporting residents of a premium residential estate. The officer serves as the frontline contact for residents' enquiries, complaints and service requests, aiming to provide a professional and discreet resident experience.

What you would do

• Act as the point of contact for residents' enquiries, complaints and service requests.
• Log, track and follow up on residents' requests through designated channels.
• Liaise with relevant estate teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Provide regular updates to residents on the status of their requests.
• Escalate unresolved or sensitive matters to the appropriate team.
• Maintain accurate records of complaints, requests, resolutions and resident interactions.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
