Customer Support Officer

UPDC Plc is seeking a Customer Support Officer in Lagos to provide front-line, resident-facing support within a premium residential estate. The role is the primary contact for residents, handling enquiries, complaints and service requests with professionalism, discretion and timely resolution for high-profile residents and stakeholders.

What you would do

• Act as the main point of contact for residents' enquiries, complaints and service requests.
• Receive, log, track and follow up on resident requests through designated channels.
• Liaise with estate teams to ensure timely resolution of issues and provide updates to residents.
• Escalate unresolved or sensitive matters to the appropriate team.
• Maintain accurate records of complaints, requests, resolutions and resident interactions; monitor response times and service standards.
• Provide professional support to residents and visitors while upholding confidentiality and discretion.

• Bachelor's degree or HND in Business Administration, Hospitality, Mass Communication, Customer Relations or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in customer service, helpdesk, front office, hospitality, facility management or related role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Experience in premium residential, hospitality or high-end customer service environment is an advantage.
