Customer Support Officer

About this role

This is a Customer Support Officer role for ProTaxi, employed by ProDevs. You will provide first-line assistance to ProTaxi riders and drivers, handling questions and trip-related issues across phone, chat, email and other channels, with escalation when needed. The position reports to the Fleet & Driver Operations Manager and offers a monthly salary of ₦150,000–₦200,000.

What you would do

• Respond to rider and driver enquiries across phone, chat, email and other support channels.
• Resolve first-line issues related to trips, payments, accounts, bookings and the ProTaxi app.
• Escalate technical, safety, payment and operational issues to the appropriate team.
• Follow up on unresolved cases and ensure customers receive timely updates.
• Maintain accurate records of customer complaints and resolutions.
• Identify recurring customer issues and share insights with Operations and the ProDevs product team.
