About this role

A Customer Success Manager for West Africa based in Lagos (hybrid) to help commodity clients maximise value from Argus subscriptions and insights, working with Sales, Editorial, Product and Marketing to drive retention and growth.

What you would do

• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across West Africa.
• Drive product adoption through training and guidance.
• Manage a portfolio of strategic accounts in West Africa.
• Lead onboarding to ensure rapid value realization.
• Conduct regular business reviews to demonstrate value and identify opportunities.
• Support renewals and account expansion with commercial teams.
