Bluechip Technologies Limited in Lagos is seeking a full-time Customer Success Manager to manage relationships with assigned enterprise customers, guiding onboarding, adoption and value realisation of Bluechip solutions. The role acts as a trusted advisor to customers, aligning their business goals with product capabilities to support retention and growth.

What you would do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers throughout the lifecycle.
• Lead onboarding, solution adoption and post-implementation success activities.
• Build strong relationships with customer stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Understand customer goals and align Bluechip solutions to measurable outcomes.
• Track product usage and customer health metrics to monitor adoption trends and escalate issues as needed.
• Collaborate with Divisional Heads and Support teams to resolve issues and support renewals and growth opportunities.

What they are asking for

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Consulting or similar client-facing roles.
• Experience with enterprise or B2B customers in Technology, FSI, Telecoms or similar environments.
• Professional certifications in Customer Success, Project Management, Agile or IT-related fields are an advantage.
• Knowledge of customer success frameworks, lifecycle management and value measurement.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and problem-solving skills.
