Customer Success Intern

What you would do
- Provide information on products, prices, designs, sizes, measurements and delivery timelines.
- Follow up on unanswered enquiries and ensure timely feedback to customers.
- Respond to customer enquiries via WhatsApp, phone, email and social media in a professional manner.
- Confirm customer details and order requirements and communicate them to relevant departments.
- Keep customers updated on order status and communicate delays as needed.
- Follow up with production and dispatch teams on order progress.
- Record and monitor customer orders from confirmation to delivery.
- Maintain positive relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Document customer enquiries, interactions, complaints and resolutions.
- Prepare daily reports on customer enquiries, orders, pending follow-ups, complaints and resolutions.

- Positive attitude, willingness to learn and professional disposition.
- Minimum of an OND or pursuing/completed HND or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; SSCE candidates may be considered.

- Ability to multitask, follow instructions and work well in a team.
- Interest in fashion, clothing or retail is an advantage.
- Previous customer service experience is an added advantage but not required.
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
