Customer Service & Social Media Executive

Kosoko Pictures Limited in Lagos is seeking a Customer Service & Social Media Executive for the Igbogbo-Ikorodu area. The role combines client service with content and social media duties to support families through photography sessions and promote the studio’s baby and newborn photography services. It is a full-time position based in Lagos.

What you would do

• Act as the main contact for clients before, during and after photography sessions
• Respond promptly and professionally to client enquiries across approved channels
• Follow up with clients to confirm bookings and provide session information
• Support clients through the photo selection and feedback process
• Manage day-to-day social media activities across platforms and create engaging content for baby and newborn photography
• Update the CRM with client information and maintain accurate client records

• Previous experience in customer service, social media, content creation or similar role is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service mindset and emotional intelligence
• Good writing and content creation skills; comfortable using Canva and basic tools
• Proficiency with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and other social platforms
• Creative, proactive and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced studio environment
