A full-time Customer Service and Sales role based in Surulere, Lagos, for a proactive candidate who will handle multi-channel enquiries, convert them into orders, and support post-sales relationships for a food retail business. What you would do

• Manage enquiries from WhatsApp, Instagram and phone to convert prospects into buyers
• Process customer orders and coordinate with internal teams for timely delivery
• Conduct post-sales follow-ups and handle customer feedback
• Re-engage existing customers to secure repeat sales
• Maintain accurate customer records
• Generate daily/weekly performance reports
