What you would do

- Drive repeat purchases, customer retention and reactivation.
- Upsell and cross-sell products where appropriate.
- Handle high-value customers and resolve customer complaints professionally.
- Identify and pursue outdoor dessert catering sales opportunities.
- Monitor sales performance, conversion rates and team targets.
- Prepare weekly sales and customer service reports.
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow up with prospective clients.
