Full-time Customer Service Representative/Dispatch Rider role for Dominos Pizza and Cold Stone, based in Lagos Island, Lagos. The position is with Eat n Go Africa. It is suitable for candidates with 1–3 years of customer service or sales experience who are friendly, customer‑oriented and able to work in a team.

What you would do

• Greet customers and answer their questions.
• Share correct product and service information.
• Process orders and customer requests.
• Check in with customers as needed.
• Address issues professionally and escalate when necessary.
• Help the team meet daily and monthly sales goals.
