Customer Service Representative (Sales & Customer Support)

What you would do
- Handle customer enquiries across WhatsApp Business, Instagram, telephone, website and other channels.
- Provide information on products, pricing, availability, ordering procedures and delivery options.
- Recommend products and convert enquiries into confirmed orders; upsell and cross-sell where appropriate.
- Process orders accurately and maintain documentation.
- Follow up with prospective customers to convert enquiries and with existing customers to encourage repeat purchases.
- Prepare reports on customer service and sales activity and liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery updates.

- Minimum OND, HND or Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Prior experience in customer service, retail sales, telesales, e-commerce or similar customer-facing sales role preferred.
- Must be close to Surulere, Lagos.
- Experience using WhatsApp Business, Instagram or other digital channels is an advantage.
- Strong sales ability with a track record of converting enquiries to orders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; good CRM and follow-up abilities.
