Customer Service Representative (Sales & Customer Experience)
About this role
A full-time onsite role in Lagos for a Customer Service Representative focused on sales and customer experience in the food retail sector. The position targets candidates who can manage inquiries, convert them into orders, and maintain customer relationships, with a preference for residents of Surulere and surrounding areas.
What you would do
- Handle customer enquiries across WhatsApp Business, Instagram, phone, website and other channels
- Provide information on products, pricing, availability and delivery options
- Recommend products and convert enquiries into orders; upsell and cross-sell as appropriate
- Process orders accurately and maintain order records
- Follow up with prospective customers and after-sales to encourage repeat business
- Maintain customer records, prepare sales reports and liaise with internal teams for order and delivery updates

- Minimum OND, HND or Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Experience in customer service, retail sales, telesales, e-commerce or similar roles preferred
- Residence in Surulere or nearby areas
- Experience using WhatsApp Business, Instagram or other digital channels is a plus
- Strong sales ability and track record of converting enquiries to orders
- Excellent written and verbal communication; good computer literacy and organisational skills
