What you would do

• Welcome and assist patients and visitors professionally.
• Handle enquiries in person, by phone, and via digital channels about services, appointments, test results, and other offerings.
• Register patients and schedule appointments; coordinate front-desk activities.
• Provide information on tests, packages, payments, procedures, and available services.
• Receive, manage, and resolve customer complaints or escalate complex issues.
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records and documentation.
• Liaise with clinical and administrative teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Uphold professional standards, confidentiality, and customer service quality.
• Support front-desk operations and patient care processes.

• Minimum of HND or Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
• Previous customer service experience, preferably in a hospital, diagnostic centre, clinic, or healthcare facility.
• Completed NYSC is an added advantage.
