TeamAce Limited seeks a Customer Service Representative in Lagos (Ajah) on a full time basis. The role involves handling customer enquiries and coordinating communications, supporting telesales, and turning enquiries into sales opportunities in the real estate sector. What you would do

• Make and answer calls to address customer enquiries, provide accurate information, and follow up with prospects.
• Contact leads and carry out telesales activities, present properties or services, identify customer needs, and convert prospects into qualified sales opportunities.
• Respond promptly to customer enquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp and other channels to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and existing customers, provide updates, and escalate complex complaints when necessary.
• Log all customer interactions, enquiries, leads, follow-ups, and sales activities accurately to keep the customer database up to date.
• Work with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding of customers, timely resolution of enquiries, and meeting customer service and sales targets.

• Bachelor's degree or HND in business administration, marketing, communications or a related field.
• 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in customer service, telesales or a similar role, with proven Real Estate industry experience.
• Experience handling high-volume calls, telesales, lead follow-up, enquiries and complaints professionally.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with strong customer service, persuasive abilities and relationship management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, email, WhatsApp, CRM tools and other customer management platforms.
