Customer Service Representative
About this role
Beveledge Interior Designs is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to manage the full client lifecycle after payment, acting as the single point of contact for each client. The role covers order confirmation, production coordination, delivery and post-sales engagement to ensure a smooth and professional client experience. The position is based in Lagos, with the advert noting Wawa along the Lagos Ibadan Expressway in Ogun state.
What you would do
- Confirm orders and onboard clients
- Coordinate production and commissioning follow-up
- Maintain client communication and provide updates

- Minimum 3 years in customer service, sales support or client relationship management (experience in interior design, furniture, manufacturing or construction is an advantage)
- Minimum OND/HND/Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communication or related field
- Proficiency in CRM tools, spreadsheets and basic reporting
- Comfortable with digital communication tools (WhatsApp Business, email, SMS platforms, social media)
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills
- Age 27 to 40 years
