Customer Service Representative

What you would do

- Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to service delivery.
- Meet customer service targets and performance standards.
- Follow up on complaints and requests for timely resolution.
- Maintain professionalism, empathy, and patience with customers.
- Keep accurate records of interactions, feedback and transactions.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, policies and procedures.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Process orders, service requests and other inquiries as applicable.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department and collaborate with other teams.
