About this role
A Customer Service Representative role based in Yaba, Lagos, handling customer inquiries via phone, chat and face-to-face and supporting the complaint resolution process for Paga customers.
What you would do
- Follow up on customer interactions within 24 hours
- Respond promptly to customer enquiries
- Monitor call tracking for timely responses from other units
- Handle and resolve customer complaints
- Visit agent outlets weekly
- Document calls for reporting and direct requests to appropriate resources
