What you would do

• Welcome and assist patients and visitors in a professional manner.
• Handle inquiries in person, by phone, and via digital channels about services, appointments, tests, and other offerings.
• Register patients, schedule appointments, and coordinate front-desk activities.
• Provide accurate information on tests, packages, payments, procedures, and available services.
• Receive, manage, and resolve customer complaints, escalating complex issues as needed.
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records and documentation.
• Liaise with clinical and administrative teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Uphold professional standards, confidentiality, and patient care at all times.
