About this role
Role is for a Customer Service Personnel (Waiter/Waitress – Onsite & Online) at Rubels and Angels Limited in Lagos (Lekki Phase 2) on a full-time basis. The job involves delivering customer service to guests both in-person and for online orders, from taking orders to serving and order fulfilment.
What you would do
- Welcome guests onsite in a friendly, professional manner
- Take accurate food and beverage orders (onsite and online)
- Serve orders promptly and ensure quality presentation
- Respond to online orders and inquiries and coordinate timely fulfilment
- Process payments and ensure accurate billing
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of dining/service areas

- Secondary school certificate (minimum); OND is an advantage
- 1–2 years’ experience in customer service, waitering or related hospitality role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service orientation
- Multitasking and time management
- Basic computer/POS and online order platform proficiency
