Customer Service Officer
About this role
A full-time Customer Service Officer role at Baobab Microfinance Bank in Sango-Ota, Ogun. The person will support branch operations, interact with clients, handle till and cash tasks, and assist with credit, account processing and records management.
What you would do
- Represent the bank to clients in a timely and professional manner
- Advise clients on suitable products and produce client ID cards
- Operate the till and manage cash transactions and loan disbursements per procedures
- Input credit applications and related documentation into T24; prepare loan and legal documents; input CSR forms; generate daily operational reports
- Ensure accounts are funded as directed by the Credit Committee
- Maintain branch records, manage client photos, signatures and guarantors, and conduct stock and asset inventories

- Proximity to Sango-Ota location
- Computer literacy (MS Office)
- Completion of NYSC
- Strong knowledge of Word and Excel
- Experience with till operations or stock management
