What you would do

• Respond to customer enquiries from social media, WhatsApp, phone calls and other channels.
• Follow up on leads from the company’s platforms and convert them into paying customers.
• Resolve customer enquiries, complaints and requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate supervisor or department and pursue follow-ups to encourage conversions and repeat business.
