Customer Service Officer

About this role

Role involves ensuring smooth branch operations and delivering prompt, professional customer service at Baobabplus in Lagos. The officer will handle client service, credit and account processing, till and cash management, and branch records with additional duties as assigned.

What you would do

• Represent the institution and attend to clients promptly and professionally.
• Advise clients on products best suited to their needs.
• Produce client ID cards.
• Input credit applications, updates and documentation on T24.
• Operate the till, manage cash and disburse loans accurately.
• Maintain branch records and stock, including discreet archiving of legal documents, managing client photo database, signatures and guarantors, and conducting regular inventories.

• BSc in Social Sciences or related field.
• NYSC completed.
• Computer-literate with strong MS Office skills (Word and Excel).
• Proximity to Lagos location.
• Experience in data input, preferably in banking or financial services.
• Experience managing a till box and in logistics or stock management.
