Customer Service Officer

About this role

Grace Moni Limited is recruiting a full-time Customer Service Officer for its Abuja office in Garki. The role targets candidates with banking or financial services customer service experience, especially with federal government facilities. Responsibilities include handling customer enquiries, resolving issues and coordinating with internal teams such as Operations, Credit, Recovery and Business Development.

What you would do

• Attend to customer enquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp and other channels.
• Provide accurate information about the company’s financial products and services.
• Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
• Follow up with customers regarding applications, repayments, documentation and other service requests.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records.
• Escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate department.

• At least 3 years' relevant customer service experience, preferably in banking, fintech, lending, microfinance or other financial services.
• Bachelor's degree or HND in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer relationship management and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and customer service tools.
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain confidentiality.
