What you would do

• Handle customer complaints, inquiries and escalations across channels
• Monitor and process orders from confirmation to delivery and completion

• Track returns, exchanges and refunds and coordinate resolutions
• Coordinate delivery and tracking with logistics partners and communicate delivery updates
• Prepare regular reports on orders, inquiries, complaints, returns and unresolved issues
