What you would do
- Coordinate start times between clients and therapists to keep schedules on track
- Manage client inquiries, bookings, reschedules, and follow-ups via phone, WhatsApp, and email
- Monitor social media messages and route booking requests to the booking system
- Greet clients, handle check-ins, and maintain a tidy reception area
- Process card and transfer payments and maintain daily appointment and service logs
