About this role
A full-time Customer Service Agent role based in Ikeja, Lagos. The position targets candidates with customer service experience who can communicate effectively in Hausa and handle inquiries for a Pay as you go energy service.
What you would do
- Follow up on customer interactions
- Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints and actions taken
- Collaborate with internal departments to meet customer needs
- Enter data into various platforms and maintain records of interactions and transactions
- Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat
- Provide information on product, pricing and availability and offer feedback on service processes
What they are asking for
- OND, HND or BSc in a related field
- Very fluent in Hausa
- Excellent phone etiquette and strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills
- Live within Ojota, Ketu, Ogba, Ojodu, Berger, Agege or Ikeja environs
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience
- Knowledge of social media platforms and basic computer applications
