A pharmaceutical company in Abuja is looking for a Female Customer Service Officer who is proactive, customer‑oriented and able to support sales and admin tasks. The role involves handling inquiries, building customer relationships, processing orders, and ensuring timely delivery.

What you would do

• Attend to customer inquiries and complaints professionally
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
• Process customer orders and follow up on delivery and satisfaction
• Support sales activities and convert inquiries into business opportunities
• Maintain accurate customer records and prepare periodic reports
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure efficient service delivery
