Customer Serivce / Sales Representative

Lance Trend Limited in Lagos is seeking a Customer Service / Sales Representative. The role combines customer support and sales duties, handling enquiries and orders across multiple channels and coordinating with internal teams to ensure delivery and customer satisfaction.

What you would do

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, website chat, social media and other channels.
• Provide accurate product information, and recommend suitable options; identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
• Support the sales process from enquiry to order confirmation, including preparing quotations, invoices and payment details.
• Receive and process customer orders, verify availability and coordinate with sales, warehouse, finance and logistics to ensure correct processing and delivery, keeping customers updated.
• Handle complaints and issues, investigate and resolve within policy, escalate when needed, and manage warranty/repair procedures.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, maintain records, follow up for repeat business, and report on enquiries and sales activity.
