About this role

A full-time Customer Sales Associate role with Vitel Wireless Limited at Banex Mall in Lekki, Lagos. The position targets enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals to work in our retail outlets, driving sales and assisting walk-in customers.

What you would do

• Drive sales of SIM cards, MiFi devices and routers.
• Attend to walk-in customers and assess their needs.
• Promote Vitel Wireless products and convert enquiries into sales.
• Process SIM registrations and activations accurately in line with procedures.
• Meet sales targets and maintain accurate sales and activation records.
• Provide feedback on customer needs, product demand and sales performance.

• OND, HND, or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in sales, retail, telecommunications or customer service is advantageous.
