What you would do

• Conduct data mining to support marketing, customer engagement and business reporting
• Manage website content and track weekly analytics

• BSc or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communication or a related field
• 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in customer relationship management, digital marketing, social media management or similar roles (advantage)
• Proficiency with social media platforms, website content management and analytics tools (desirable)
• Good knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
