The role is for a confident, customer-focused and results-driven individual to manage client relationships, handle enquiries, follow up on leads and assist clients throughout the property acquisition process.

What you would do

• Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospective customers.
• Respond to customer enquiries and provide timely, accurate information.
• Follow up with leads and prospective clients to convert enquiries into sales.
• Assist clients through the property acquisition process.
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow up on customer needs.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure prompt resolution.
