The role focuses on driving revenue opportunities through bid identification and submission, managing order fulfilment communication, and acting as the primary contact for customer engagement and issue resolution from opportunity sourcing to customer satisfaction.

What you would do

• Identify bid and tender opportunities across designated platforms, portals and industry channels.
• Prepare, compile and submit accurate and compliant bid documents within deadlines.
• Track bid submission status and follow up on outcomes.
• Monitor and follow up on confirmed orders to ensure timely processing and delivery.
• Liaise with internal departments (logistics, production, finance) to resolve order-related issues.
• Make regular outbound calls to existing and prospective customers to maintain relationships and identify new opportunities.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• 0-2 years of experience in customer service, sales support or bid/tender administration
