Customer Operations Manager
About this role
A Customer Operations Manager is sought by OmniRetail Technology to drive retailer growth across the Micro Fulfilment Centre network, enhance field sales productivity, and improve retailer engagement and retention. What you would do
- Drive retailer acquisition, activation, retention and repeat orders
- Monitor and improve Partner Sales Executive productivity and performance
- Ensure each active MFC has at least three active PSEs
- Track growth targets, analyse performance gaps and implement corrective actions
- Coordinate with MFC partners to achieve customer growth and sales targets
- Maintain performance dashboards and provide regular management reports
