Customer Operations Intern

About this role

A Customer Operations Intern role in Lagos (hybrid) supporting onboarding, day-to-day enquiries and product adoption across Duplo’s products and markets. Suitable for candidates with an interest in fintech and customer experience who are looking to gain experience in fintech operations.

What you would do

• Coordinate with internal teams to address customer needs and actions
• Track customer issues and provide timely updates with accurate support records
• Prepare reports on support activity, onboarding progress and customer feedback
• Follow up with customers to identify adoption challenges and provide guidance
• Handle customer information in line with company procedures
• Maintain FAQs, guides and training materials and gather customer feedback for improvements

• Proficiency with Google Workspace, spreadsheets and digital communication tools
• Prior customer-facing experience is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications or related field
