What you would do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for Chinese-speaking customers and prospects.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with Chinese-speaking clients.
• Translate and interpret between Chinese-speaking customers and bank personnel, including during meetings and onboarding.
• Support the acquisition of new Chinese-speaking customers and maintain a database of prospects and customers.
• Facilitate timely resolution of complaints and maintain a high standard of customer experience.
• Ensure all interactions comply with bank policies and regulatory requirements and escalate suspicious activities as needed.
