- Translate Asana and AI capabilities into practical, scalable use cases and guide change management.
- Design and facilitate workflow consultations, workshops, enablement programs, and executive conversations.
- Measure adoption and impact using data, adjust strategies, and strengthen customer plans.
- Identify risks and expansion opportunities, and connect adoption strategies to retention and value.
- Collaborate with account teams to align enablement with commercial outcomes.
- Navigate multi-stakeholder environments and adapt approaches to customer maturity.
- Influence cross-functional partners to improve programs, playbooks, or strategy.
- Mentor teammates and contribute to the broader team's quality and consistency.

- Experience influencing senior stakeholders and aligning diverse groups.
- Strong project and portfolio management with a track record of independent, multi-engagement delivery.
