What you would do
- Handle inbound and outbound inquiries via phone, email and WhatsApp with prompt, professional service.
- Present company products and engineering solutions to potential clients and convert inquiries into sales.
- Follow up on customer requests, manage corporate accounts, and maintain logs of client interactions.
- Guide clients through product selection, assisting them in choosing appropriate engineering infrastructure options.
- Monitor Abuja market trends to identify growth opportunities and competitive strategies.

- Minimum of a BSc/HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or related field.
- 2–3 years of combined customer service and sales/telemarketing experience, preferably in engineering, construction or oil & gas services.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and managing client relationships.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM tools and business productivity software.
- Good knowledge of Abuja's corporate and industrial landscape is desirable.
