Customer Care Executive
About this role

What you would do
- Act as the primary contact for customers both in-person and online
- Provide accurate information about products and services to prospective and new clients
- Resolve customer complaints and enquiries to ensure satisfaction
- Follow up with customers via phone, social media or email to confirm satisfaction
- Upsell and cross-sell products and services
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve issues
- Escalate customer concerns when necessary
- Maintain records of customer interactions, payments, and orders
- Promote products in a friendly and engaging manner
- Assist customers with product inquiries and operate within policies and procedures
