What you would do

• Serve as the primary contact for customers both physically and virtually
• Provide accurate information about products and services to prospects and clients
• Resolve customer complaints and inquiries to ensure satisfaction
• Follow up with customers via phone, social media or email to confirm purchase satisfaction
• Upsell and cross-sell products and services to customers
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve issues
• Escalate customer concerns when necessary
• Adhere to communication procedures, guidelines and policies
• Maintain records of customer interactions, payments and orders
• Promote products effectively and engage customers in a friendly manner
