CSR Communication & Reporting Officer

About this role

The role is for a CSR Communication and Reporting Officer who supports Amaiden Energy Nigeria’s social responsibility messaging, reporting, data analysis and stakeholder engagement. What you would do

• Compile, analyse and prepare CSR performance reports aligned with group standards
• Collect and consolidate CSR data from internal teams and affiliates
• Develop speeches, articles, newsletters, brochures and other CSR materials
• Manage and update CSR content on the company intranet and support publicity efforts
• Liaise with Head Office, media, affiliates, consultants and stakeholders on CSR activities
• Conduct baseline studies, awareness surveys and impact assessments for CSR projects
• Monitor CSR project performance and analyse data against societal indicators
• Participate in CSR project planning, coordination, implementation and documentation
• Ensure CSR consultants and contractors are informed of HSE and compliance requirements
• Adhere to company HSE procedures and report incidents promptly

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Mass Communication, Public Relations, Social Sciences, Development Studies or related field
• Minimum of five years of relevant CSR, corporate communications, reporting, stakeholder engagement or monitoring and evaluation experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication, analytical, reporting and coordination skills
• Proficiency in digital tools, social media and data analytics
• Knowledge of graphic design and magazine production is an added advantage
• Willingness to travel to project sites across Nigeria
