CSR Communication and Reporting Officer

About this role

The role is for a CSR Communication and Reporting Officer who will support CSR communication, performance reporting, data analysis, and stakeholder engagement. It involves documenting and communicating the company’s societal investments, project outcomes, and social impact. The position is based in Lagos and requires coordinating with internal teams, affiliates, and external stakeholders on CSR activities and communications.

What you would do

• Collect and consolidate CSR data for reporting
• Compile and analyse CSR performance reports
• Conduct baseline studies, awareness surveys, and impact assessments
• Liaise with Head Office, media, affiliates, consultants and stakeholders on CSR communications
• Participate in CSR project planning, coordination, implementation and documentation
• Monitor CSR project performance and analyse data against indicators
• Inform CSR consultants and contractors of HSE and compliance requirements
• Manage and update CSR content on the intranet and support publicity
• Develop CSR communication materials (speeches, articles, newsletters, brochures)
• Adhere to HSE procedures and report incidents or unsafe conditions

• Proficiency in digital tools, social media and data analytics
• Minimum of five years of relevant work experience in CSR, corporate communications, reporting, stakeholder engagement or monitoring and evaluation
• Knowledge of graphic design and magazine production is an added advantage
• Willingness to travel to project sites across Nigeria
• Excellent written and verbal communication, analytical, reporting and coordination skills
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Mass Communication, Public Relations, Social Sciences, Development Studies or related discipline
