Creative Video & Photo Editor / Social Media Content Manager

About this role

A role for a creative video and photo editor who can also manage content across a personal brand’s social media pages. The position involves editing videos, retouching photos, and overseeing posting on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and TikTok, working remotely with minimal supervision.

What you would do

• Edit recorded footage into short-form and long-form videos
• Identify key moments and create platform-appropriate clips
• Repurpose content into Reels, TikToks, Stories and other formats
• Perform color correction/grading, transitions, subtitles, motion graphics and audio improvements
• Edit and retouch photos and create thumbnails and visual content
• Plan, schedule and publish content, maintain brand voice, monitor performance and adapt strategy

• Portfolio demonstrating video and photo editing experience
• Experience creating both short-form and long-form content
• Understanding of social media storytelling and platform formats
• Proficiency with editing tools (e.g., Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, Photoshop, Lightroom)
• Experience managing social media pages and scheduling content
• Ability to work independently with reliability and meeting deadlines
