Creative Lead

A Creative Lead position in Lagos for JV Management Consulting, guiding the creative direction for media projects and leading a team to deliver branded content and multimedia productions.

What you would do

• Define and drive the creative vision for all media projects
• Lead concept development, storytelling and creative strategy
• Approve concepts and final deliverables
• Oversee script development, storyboarding and content ideas
• Provide creative direction across pre-production, production and post-production
• Manage and mentor designers, writers, videographers and editors and coordinate freelancers

• Solid understanding of content strategy, digital media, branding and visual storytelling
• Proficiency with industry-standard creative tools and production workflows
