Creative Executive Assistant

About this role

A Creative Executive Assistant is sought to work closely with the founder of Okemapo in Lagos, supporting idea execution across content, campaigns, and partnerships while coordinating shoots and activations. The role targets someone with 1–3 years in marketing, social media, or creative operations who is proactive, organised and commercially minded.

What you would do

• Plan and create content for Instagram, TikTok and other channels
• Research trends, creators, competitors and growth opportunities
• Manage influencer and user-generated content collaborations
• Coordinate product shoots, campaigns and brand activations
• Create simple graphics and videos using Canva, CapCut and AI tools
• Support e-commerce activities and product launches
