What you would do
- Develop and implement creative strategies aligned with business objectives
- Oversee brand identity across all subsidiaries and touchpoints
- Lead conceptualisation and execution of marketing campaigns across media
- Manage and mentor a multidisciplinary creative team
- Oversee creation of visual content for websites, social media, advertising, and collateral
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, product development, and business development teams
- Stay updated on industry trends and innovative practices
- Present concepts and strategies to senior management and stakeholders
- Manage the creative department budget
- Set and monitor KPIs for creative initiatives and report on performance

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, Communications or related field
- Minimum 5 years in a creative leadership role (e.g., Creative Director, Art Director, Senior Designer) in relevant industries
- Strong portfolio in brand development and multimedia content across digital and traditional platforms
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other design tools
- Excellent leadership, communication and presentation skills
- Strong strategic thinking, problem solving and project management abilities
- Professional certification in relevant design fields is highly preferred
- Master's degree or advanced certification as an added advantage
- Experience developing strategies for multi-sector or conglomerate brands (preferred)
- Knowledge of UX/UI and digital product design (preferred)
