What you would do
- Develop and manage social media content calendars
- Create, edit and publish content across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn and X
- Manage the organisation's social media accounts and online communities
- Coordinate paid social media and digital advertising campaigns
- Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries professionally
- Track and report on key performance metrics such as reach, engagement, traffic and conversions
