Greywood Hotels & Apartments in Lagos is seeking a courteous and reliable Hotel Porter to help guests with luggage, escort them to their rooms, and support front office operations. What you would do

• Welcome guests on arrival and assist with luggage
• Escort guests to their rooms and explain hotel facilities and services
• Assist with loading and unloading luggage during check-in and check-out
• Deliver messages, parcels and room service items to rooms as required
• Keep the lobby and entrance areas clean and well organised
• Assist the front desk with guest requests and general inquiries

• Minimum of SSCE/OND or equivalent
• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service (preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, polite and professional attitude
• Physically fit and able to lift and carry luggage
• Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
