Country Director

About this role

The role is for a Country Director in Abuja at Viamo, responsible for leading Nigeria growth, partnerships and country operations, including senior stakeholder engagement with government, development partners and funders. What you would do

• Lead the Nigeria growth strategy and manage partnerships end-to-end
• Develop and pursue opportunities, proposals, budgets and scopes of work
• Qualify funding routes, build consortia when needed and negotiate terms
• Maintain and expand senior partner relationships and ensure delivery alignment
• Record interactions and manage CRM data, forecasts and next steps
• Represent Viamo to government, partners and mobile operators and support cross-department collaboration
